		<description>Sometimes we know that exercise is good, and diet is good, but we are just not in the right mood or mind for it. But once we get the right Weight loss psychology I think half the battle is won!</description>

		<description>Excellent recommendations!

I especially liked the one about brushing your teeth earlier in the evening to prevent snacks and the one about getting lots of sleep.

I have found that going to bed early and waking up early (10pm to 4:30am) helps me not eat after 8pm and I have enough time for a 1hr workout as soon as I wake up.

You have to be committed to your goal. Once you achieve success and lose the inches, then you can hang out at night and get a little crazy once in a while.

		<description>You make two very good points... Water is very important and weight loss should occur slowly.

You state that losing weight is hard... I can assure you it isn&#039;t. What is hard, however is keeping the weight off. I recently took a nutrition class where this was explained.

When we eat healthier and exercise, we eliminate body fat. Period. Adipose tissue feels starved from the lower fat content and begins to produce signals that increase fat storage.

The body does not like change. It resists weight loss AND weight gain. The nutrition textbook said that it was easier to stop from gaining weight than to stop from REgaining lost weight.

		<description>And of course... about the exsercise.

I am a HUGE fan of weight lifting and strengthening exercises (sprints, interval trainins, jump rope, etc)

		<description>This article can be broken down to its most important point: &quot;Not only do you need a good fat loss exercise, but you also need to eat a proper healthy balanced diet.&quot;

This is VERY true! I often tell people that a well-balanced nutrition is about 70% of the effort in getting rid of that excess fat. The ohter 30% is hard work on the track or gym.
